Jujutsu Kaisen

/c/jujutsu-kaisen4 membersmanga

Shibuya discourse, Gege theories, and people slowly making peace with the ending. Manga readers and anime-onlys both live here.

On the Board

most shonen treats its strongest character as a ceiling to reach. jjk treats him as a load-bearing wall, then asks what happens to a building designed around one. you can dislike where it ends up and still admit nothing else is asking that.

Miroji is where anime, manga and manhwa readers talk about what they are actually reading.

Miroji rules · 10, site-wide

They apply in every community and cannot be changed or removed by a community.

  1. No sexual content involving minors

Any sexual depiction or discussion of anyone under 18, real or fictional, drawn or written. Permanent ban, no appeal.

  2. No explicit content outside 18+ posts

Adults can mark a post 18+ in the main feed; only adult accounts can create or see one. Communities cannot carry 18+ posts at all. Nothing explicit involving minors, or real people who have not consented. Marking a post 18+ does not exempt it from moderation.

  3. No harassment or targeted abuse

Pile-ons, following someone between threads, or organising others against a person. Disliking something someone likes is not harassment; going after the person is.

  4. No hate speech or slurs

Attacks on people for race, ethnicity, religion, caste, gender, sexuality, disability or nationality. Slurs count whether or not you meant them that way.

  5. No threats or encouraging self-harm

Threatening violence, wishing harm, or telling someone to hurt themselves. Includes jokes that would read as a threat to the person receiving it.

  6. No piracy links

No links to sites hosting manga, anime or manhwa without a licence. Talk about anything you like; do not post where to steal it.

  7. No doxxing or personal information

Someone's real name, address, workplace, school, phone number or private accounts — theirs or anyone else's — without their consent.

  8. No spam, scams or bots

Repeated posting, engagement farming, referral links, crypto or giveaway scams, and automated accounts.

  9. Tag your spoilers

Mark anything that gives away a plot point in a work others are still reading or watching. Use the Spoiler tag; it exists for this.

  10. No impersonation

Do not present yourself as another person, a creator, a publisher or Miroji staff. Parody is fine when it is obvious.

Jujutsu Kaisen rules

  1. Tag spoilers by chapter or episode number

    Not "latest".

  2. Anime-onlys are not a lower species

    Don't spoil them for sport.

  3. Power-scaling threads go in one thread

    Not five.

  4. Disagreeing about the ending is the point

    Going after the person isn't.

hot take: the culling game was structurally the most interesting thing jjk did and the worst thing it executed. too many players, not enough pages

is the anime worth watching if i've read the manga through shinjuku? or does it just remove the things that made it work

gojo losing wasn't bad writing, it's the whole thesis. akutami spends 200 chapters showing you the strongest sorcerer alive is a structural problem. he can't be everywhere, he can't teach fast enough, and the entire system organises itself around waiting for him. shinjuku is where the manga stops arguing and just hands you the bill.
